Introduction

This is a review session to go over the major topics covered so far.

Objective
To refresh and reinforce the principles already discussed.
To begin to put principles into practice.

Suggested Activity

  • Discuss why people use money. (Teachers: Talk about money as a medium of exchange.)
  • Discuss whether you have given any thought to what you want to do when you finish school.
  • Talk about the importance of staying in school.

Suggested Homework  

  • List reasons why people use financial institutions.
  • Ask your partents or others what type of financial institution they use. Find out why they chose that particular institution.
  • Ask your parents or others why they chose their current job. What do they think are the most important qualities of that job?
  • (Note: It's inappropriate to ask others how much money they earn. That's usually considered confidential information.)
