CASH MANAGEMENT
The Treasury Online Payments System (TOPS) allows agency users to inquire on checks, request stop payments, request forgery affidavits and change mailing addresses for postal returns.
The West Virginia State Treasurer’s Office E-Gov system contains all transactional data generated by internet-initiated ACH and credit card purchases and was developed for the purposes of automating the processes involved with managing E-Government.
The most efficient way to conduct investment activity is to use the West Virginia Treasurer’s Office web based system, “Local Government Online.” It’s a safe, friendly, efficient method of requesting account transactions.
