HOLDER EDUCATION

Companies and professional organizations may request a State Treasurer's Office employee to provide educational information on the West Virginia Unclaimed Property law. This presentation can be performed at staff meetings, conferences, or any other venue approved by the Treasurer's Office. We welcome the opportunity to provide information and answer any questions you may have concerning the Uniformed Unclaimed Property Act, your duties as a holder, and the duties of the State Treasurer's office as the custodian of the property.
