The Greenbrier Lottery calculations are completed by the Lottery Commission. The payments are direct deposited into the various counties and municipalities bank accounts each month, usually around the 15th. The State Treasurer's Office sends out notifications to the counties and municipalities reminding each one that the money has been deposited into their bank accounts.

The first distribution for Greenbrier distributions began in November 2009.
