All circuit, magistrate and municipal courts in West Virginia are required to report and remit court fees to the State Treasurer's Office. These fees support programs, such as the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund, the Law Enforcement Training Fund and the Regional Jail Authority. These fees are reported on a monthly basis, specifically by the 10th calendar day of the month following the collection of the fees.
