Annual Reports

Program Comprehensive Annual Financial Report
Each year, all accounts of the program are audited by a qualified accounting firm, and the financial statements are pubiished in the form of a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).  The CAFR covers all operations of the program including the college savings plan and the prepaid tuition plan.  The CAFR is submitted to the national Government Finance Officers Association where it has been recognized with a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting.

Annual Actuarial Report on the Prepaid Tuition Trust Fund
The program's Prepaid Tuition Trust Fund is reviewed each year by a qualified actuary who issues a report on the financial condition of the Prepaid Tuition Plan.

Quarterly Status Report

Following the end of each calendar quarter, the program prepares and publishes a Quarterly Program Status Report that contains a variety of information on important aspects of the program.
