Beginning in 2010, electronic reporting is required for all Holder Reports with the exception of law-enforcement agencies
Reports must be filed using the NAUPA II format. Following are three options for creating and submitting an electronic file, without cost:
File an Electronic Online Report
Download HRS Pro and email an encrypted Naupa II file to us
Create a CD with HRS Pro and mail with Remittance
In addition, the WVSTO may waive the electronic filing requirements and allow paper reporting if the holder demonstrates that a hardship would result if it were required to file its report electronically.
